Summary

This paper studies three-dimensional hyperdissipative Navier–Stokes systems below the Lions threshold. Time-weighted bridge inequalities control ratios of lower- to higher-order derivatives while allowing the analyticity radius to dominate the geometric sparseness scale. Combined with harmonic-measure estimates on one-dimensional sparse sets, the construction excludes a class of finite-time blow-up scenarios under the stated assumptions.
